Technical Support Specialist
We are developing web projects in a very relevant and important field at the moment - ecology. Due to staff expansion, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist.

Tasks
- 2 support line for users of government information systems.
- Processing users requests.
- Consulting on the operation of information systems within deadlines, responding to their requests in written form and by telephone.
- Escalating issues to the next level of support (if necessary).
- Controlling the resolution of users requests.
- Preparing instructions for users.
Candidate requirements
- Experience on a similar project (1st or 2nd line technical user support) from 1 year.
- Ability and willingness to delve deeply into an application area.
- Analytical mindset.
- Competent russian language.
- Working with PC and Microsoft Office applications at the level of a confident user.
- Preferably: ability to work with Zabbix monitoring system
Conditions
- Registration according to the Labour Code of the Russian Federation.
- Stable salary (conditions are discussed during the online interview and according to its results) .
- Health insurance, education at the company's expense.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9 to 18 (negotiable).
- The opportunity to choose the format of work: remote work/comfortable office within walking distance from Novoslobodskaya and Mayakovskaya metro stations.
- Work in a project related to the operation and development of environmental information systems.
