Determine the load profile, install (recommend for installation), configure specialised tools and monitor the DBMS operation under load.
Evaluate characteristics and perform parameter settings of the database, operating system, related software, and installed extensions.
Evaluate query performance settings, manage query scheduler parameters, and make recommendations for SQL modifications.

Candidate requirements

At least 3 years of experience in working with relational databases (PostgreSQL).
Experience in working with highly loaded databases.
Experience in designing and programming complex business processes.
Understanding of PHP, Python, Go.
