On November 30, The Big Three partticipated as a speaker at a session in the BRICS+ format ‘Resisting cartels: priorities and a look into the future’

The conference annually brings together heads and employees of the antimonopoly agencies of the BRICS countries and partners, leading legal practitioners and scientists fr om around the world, representatives of socially significant business sectors wh ere competition is of particular importance.
This year, the main topics of the conference were: the role and place of competition protection in digital markets, issues of antimonopoly control over mergers and acquisitions, best practices for suppressing and identifying cartels in the era of digitalization.
We thank the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia, the BRICS International Center for Competition Law and Policy and the «Skolkovo» Fund for inviting and organizing an international event.
