Software development project manager

• Experience of successful project management in the field of software development (WEB) from 3 years (preferably experience of work with government projects in the direction of GIS creation/development).
• Having a technical background/deep knowledge in development for competent tasking, communicating with developers in the same language.
• Ability to conduct business analysis, form product vision, product hypotheses.
• Experience in Agile (Scrum) methodology.
• Willingness to make decisions, achieve results, work effectively in a team, take responsibility for the project.
