Full control over vehicles and operations in real time

Ensuring the regional operator's activity

The regional operator is responsible for the entire technological chain: collection, transportation, storage, processing, disposal, and burial of waste. It must ensure that the contractual company is carried out, calculate optimal routes and ensure that each vehicle complies with them, as well as manage and control the process. To help regional operators fulfill their obligations, PPK REO and the Big Three have created an automated information system called “Regional Operator Processes Automation” (AIS “ROPA”).

AIS “ROPA” is built on its own universal technology platform, which allows reducing the time needed for refining and updating large information modules to a matter of minutes.

The product helps regional operators fulfill their obligations in full

The ROPA AIS is designed to optimize the management and handling of solid municipal waste (SMW). This innovative approach will not only improve environmental performance but also increase economic efficiency in the field of waste disposal.

The system aims to implement a more economical and fair approach to payment for solid municipal waste management services, based on the actual volume of waste collected..

Demo access for testing is provided below — POST requests are sent without authorization.

The ROPA AIS allows you to automatically plan, manage business processes, plot and optimize routes, set tasks for waste collection and transportation, monitor their completion, and account for waste at infrastructure facilities.

Logistics and document management in a single window mode

The AIS “ROPA” covers all of the operator's activities: from concluding contracts to assigning daily tasks to garbage truck drivers

AIS “ROPA” performs automatic analysis of photos from sites and polygons using AI. Processing photos using machine learning eliminates the need for employee verification, and a mobile application monitors the quality of photo reports made by drivers.

The ROPA AIS automates billing operations, ensuring the accounting of accruals and the calculation of penalties and fines. The system independently generates pre-trial letters, statements of claim, and a complete set of documents for submission to court. The platform also tracks the progress of debt collection cases, simplifying control and management of the process.

apro-2

The ROPA AIS automates all contractual work, including the collection and processing of applications, the search for non-payers and uncontracted sources of waste generation in the regional operator's service area. The system supports electronic document management, allowing documents to be signed using electronic digital signatures. An
automatic billing and debt management function has been implemented, which simplifies customer relations and ensures transparency of calculations.

apro-1

The ROPA AIS allows you to plan routes, optimize them based on current container fill data, and monitor task completion in real time. The system supports integration with telemetry systems (EGTS, Wialon IPS, Wialon Retranslator, AvtoGRAF) and displays the movement of garbage trucks on a map. For the convenience of drivers, a mobile application is provided, providing access to tasks and current routes.

The system can be integrated with sensors to measure the filling level of the waste bins. Using this comprehensive system for recycling bins, the regional operator can control the time when the contents of the bins need to be emptied and not idle the waste trucks.

A tool to support business processes of a regional operator or management company at a landfill or sorting facility. It covers all his activities, from concluding contracts with all waste generators in the region to issuing daily waste removal assignments to drivers. Automatic planning, business process management, laying out and optimising routes, setting tasks for waste removal and transportation and controlling their fulfilment, waste accounting at infrastructure facilities.
What opportunities does the system provide?
The automated information system «ROPA» enables automatic planning, business process management, laying out and optimising routes, setting tasks for waste removal and transportation, and controlling their fulfilment, waste accounting at infrastructure facilities. Waste truck drivers receive assignments and report on their fulfilment via a specially created mobile application. The system includes the installation of navigation equipment on vehicles.
What is the benefit for the regional operator?
The regional operator gets full control and prompt access to actual data on transporters' performance, monitoring the quality of waste disposal. The whole sphere of activity becomes predictable, and the costs of activity are reduced.
How to monitor the performance of work?
A separate mobile application is provided for waste truck drivers, and special equipment is installed on containers and vehicles to monitor the work in real time. Sensors will additionally show temperature, weight, incline, position of mechanisms and dozens of other monitoring parameters.
How does route planning work?
The service distributes waste trucks to container sites and builds optimal routes for them. It takes into account up to 50 planning parameters, including the size of loads, delivery time and wort of vehicle fleets. Helps you get the job done on time. Uses detailed traffic jam forecasts based on data from millions of motorists for calculations.
by 50% the number of garbage trucks needed to transport waste is reduced
by 20% the cost of waste management is reduced
by 40% the efficiency of the regional operator's work increases

A smart and user-friendly system designed specifically for the needs of major industry players. Effectively optimises waste disposal and actually reduces costs. Waste management as an art.
