B3-MED took part in the conference at Yaroslavl Medical University

On October 10, the Regional Scientific and Practical Conference «Legal and Organizational Issues of Providing Medical Care and Drug Supply to Patients» was held at the Yaroslavl State Medical University, bringing together healthcare organizers, physicians, and representatives of health administration bodies.

At the conference, Boris Kupchik, General Director of «B3-MED», delivered a report titled ‘Analysis of the Effectiveness of Public Procurement of Medicines Using the Example of the Yaroslavl Region.’

The Yaroslavl Region ranks among the top 10 regions in Russia in terms of the efficiency of medicine procurement. Medical organizations spend less than 3% of their budgets on category «N» (Non-essential) drugs — secondary medicines that provide minimal benefit or lack proven efficacy.

In his presentation, Boris Kupchik demonstrated the capabilities of the PharmFrame system, which enables medical organizations to perform ABC/VEN analysis and optimize the procurement of pharmaceuticals.

The presentation at the conference marked the continuation of cooperation between «B3-MED» and the Yaroslavl Region, including with the Yaroslavl State Medical University.
