B3-MED speaks at the Ko-lab conference

On September 24, the II Conference on Health and Age management Ko-lab was held. The event brought together doctors, opinion leaders and manufacturers of the latest developments in the fields of wellness, beauty and anti-age technologies.

The Ko-lab business program focused on systemic health management, the possibilities and features of a harmonious healthy lifestyle, reproductive and mental health, as well as modern technologies that promote body rejuvenation.

Evgeny Korovin, Founder and Development Director of B3-MED, took part in the discussion session ‘Digital hack: how technology is changing health’ together with the experts of SberDevices and opinion leaders of the wellness industry.

During the session, experts discussed gadgets that help monitor body parameters. Evgeny Korovin emphasized the need for a scientifically based approach to the use of such devices, since often the measured indicators do not provide information that really affects human health.

Evgeny also warned the guests and other experts of the conference about the risks of developing digital hypochondria. This condition occurs when constant monitoring of body parameters and an attempt to bring them to a certain norm causes anxiety in a person who is actually healthy.

In addition, Evgeny Korovin presented the B3-MED LabIQ product to other market players at Ko-lab, an online service for interpreting laboratory tests for patients and doctors, the service is based on international databases, scientific publications and evidence-based medicine.
