«B3-MED» acquires medtech company «KremIQ»

On July 17, 2025, «KremIQ» LLC was officially registered, with «B3-MED» becoming a co-founder. Together, the companies are developing a project focused on scientifically validated skincare under the KremIQ brand.

«KremIQ» is an online service aimed at providing users with the most effective skincare recommendations based on cutting-edge technology and evidence-based medicine.

KremIQ will offer users the following features:

AI-powered skin diagnostics.

The user completes a brief questionnaire and uploads a photo of their skin. An artificial intelligence system analyzes the data and determines the individual skin type from 64 options. When accounting for skin pathologies, the system can identify over 2464 skin type variations.

Preliminary studies involving 2650 people showed the system achieves an accuracy rate of over 97% according to dermatologists—comparable to the diagnostic level of an experienced physician.

Personalized skincare recommendations.

The KremIQ database includes more than 2400 skincare strategies based on high-quality scientific research (RCTs and meta-analyses).

KremIQ takes into account AI diagnostic results, existing dermatological conditions, and their current phase to provide users with tailored skincare advice.

Selection of products with proven effectiveness.

Recommendations are based not only on diagnostic results but also on a scientific assessment of product formulations.

Users will be offered only those skincare products containing ingredients with proven efficacy confirmed in high-quality clinical trials.

Database of the most popular skincare products in Russia.

Each product is rated on a scale of 0 to 5 across key criteria: hydration, wrinkle correction, pigmentation and acne control, irritation reduction, and comedogenicity. The company also plans to expand the list of analyzed parameters, including product safety ratings and cost-price calculation excluding ‘brand’ markups.

Dermatologist consultations.

Users will have access to both online and in-person consultations with professional dermatologists from partner clinics.

The project is partnered with Alexander Bykanov — the #1 dermatologist-venereologist in Russia and the Russian internet space (Runet) in the field of evidence-based medicine, who serves as the company’s Medical Director.

With KremIQ’s product solutions, the B3-MED team will enter the beauty market, which has been experiencing steady growth in recent years. In the past year alone, sales of skincare products reached 1 trillion rubles, with no comparable evidence-based skincare services currently available on the market.
