We are developing web projects in a very relevant and important field at the moment - ecology. Due to staff expansion, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist.

Tasks

  • 2 support line for users of government information systems.
  • Processing users requests.
  • Consulting on the operation of information systems within deadlines, responding to their requests in written form and by telephone.
  • Escalating issues to the next level of support (if necessary).
  • Controlling the resolution of users requests.
  • Preparing instructions for users.

Candidate requirements

  • Experience on a similar project (1st or 2nd line technical user support) from 1 year.
  • Ability and willingness to delve deeply into an application area.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Competent russian language.
  • Working with PC and Microsoft Office applications at the level of a confident user.
  • Preferably: ability to work with Zabbix monitoring system

Conditions

  • Registration according to the Labour Code of the Russian Federation.
  • Stable salary (conditions are discussed during the online interview and according to its results) .

  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9 to 18 (negotiable).
