B3 and KSP Capital created two joint eco-companies

Almost on the eve of the New Year together with our partner — investment company KSP Capital, we announce the establishment of two joint companies: OOO «Again into business» for the sale and purchase of recyclable materials and OOO «Ecotech» for the development of digital projects in the field of ecology.

Snova v Delo Ltd. will be engaged in the development and promotion of three projects in the field of recyclable materials and waste management: the «Snova v Delo» project itself — the first Russian auction site for recyclable materials, through which individuals and organizations can sell their accumulated waste and recyclers will quickly find the necessary raw materials.

The company’s second project — Re-bin (or «Riabina») involves the creation of a network of reception points for recyclable waste, where anyone can pass the waste for recycling and be rewarded for it.

And the third project — Smart Waste — is a unified aggregator in the field of waste management of industry, agriculture, construction, demolition and soil, through which waste can be recycled.

The second company created by Big Three together with KSP Capital is Ecotech LLC, which will take care of the integrated development of large digital infrastructure projects in the environmental sphere. We are sure that by joining forces we will create the strongest player in this market.
