B3-MED Launches 7th-Generation Electronic Health Record System

MISTY is a seventh-generation EHR system. Its defining feature is a new approach to user-system interaction. Rather than requiring doctors to manually fill in dozens of fields and sections, MISTY handles the preparatory work on its own — the clinician reviews the result and makes the final decision.

The system can distribute a doctor's free-form text across the relevant sections of medical records, automatically assign ICD-10 codes, retrieve relevant excerpts from clinical guidelines, and monitor the quality of record completion in real time. The target workflow is voice-driven — a conversation between doctor and patient is automatically converted into structured medical documentation.

MISTY also integrates B3-MED's drug therapy verification tools: analysis of drug-drug interactions, dosing, polypharmacy, and compliance with clinical guidelines.
