The Big Three took part in the environmental festival in Balashikha

On September 13, the ecological festival «Run, Create, Preserve Nature!» took place in the Losiny Ostrov National Park near Alekseevsky Ponds. The large-scale event brought together more than 400 participants: schoolchildren, athletes, volunteers and residents who are not indifferent to environmental issues. The program included sports activities, diving, eco-quests, creative workshops, live music and a dialogue with experts about caring for nature.

The Big Three company, together with the Rowan Mountain project, presented its own pop-up for children and teenagers at the festival. An interactive game ‘Garbage Truck Race’ was organized for the guests, as well as fun activities that helped them learn the basics of environmental literacy in a playful way. The company’s team actively participated in the event program and supported eco-education initiatives.

Other festival participants have prepared equally interesting locations. The mobile environmental laboratory and the ecomobile were very popular, where they accepted plastic, waste paper and batteries in exchange for useful gifts. And at one of the sites, it was possible to try out a bike shredder, a special device that allows you to recycle plastic covers using bicycle pedals and immediately get a medal made from recycled materials.

«We have divided the event into three main categories of participants. These are officials and civil servants who should show their willingness to take care of the environment by their example. The second group is the younger generation, children are our investment in the future of the planet. Well, the third participants are athletes who combine business with pleasure. Today, we are studying environmental protection rules together, removing garbage and participating in a mass run», said Vitaly Mosin, Minister of Ecology and Nature Management of the Moscow Region.

For the Losiny Ostrov National Park, the festival was the first event of this scale in the last five years. Its main goal is to unite residents and inspire new healthy habits, preserving nature for future generations. The Big Three are proud to participate in this event and will continue to support environmental initiatives in the region.
