Big Three participates in the development of the Anti-Cartel GIS to combat cartel collusions
We are proud to have our team involved in the creation of a key system for the digitalization of the competition service
10 December 2024

The Government Commission for Legislative Activities has approved a draft law on the digitalization of the antimonopoly service. The Big Three are involved in the creation of the state information system (GIS) ‘Antikartel’, which will be one of the key elements of digitalization..
The Antikartel GIS will analyze data on public procurement in an automated mode, detecting cartel collusions in which bidders agree on inflated prices or a minimum reduction in the initial cost. ‘The main task of the system is to record violations and identify risks. The GIS will ensure prioritization of monitoring and improve the accuracy of identifying suspicious transactions,’ said Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Grigorenko.
The project is included in the national project ‘Data Economy and Digitalization of Public Administration’. We at the Big Three are proud to be involved in the development of such an important system, which will be a significant step towards a more transparent and efficient economy.
