Big Three awarded the winners of the PRO Education 2024 contest
Supported digitalization of education and recognition of journalistic excellence

On December 6, the awarding ceremony of the All-Russian contest of journalistic works in the field of education ‘PRO Education - 2024’ took place in Moscow. The event was attended by representatives of government authorities, competition partners and journalists from all over the country. This year the contest received over 4000 applications from 89 regions.
Sergey Kravtsov, Minister of Education of the Russian Federation, sent greetings to the participants, noting that the contest has become a good tradition uniting talented authors. ‘You cover topical issues of the educational agenda, helping parents, teachers and students to learn about the achievements of Russian schoolchildren and teachers,’ the Minister emphasized.
One of the partners of the contest was Big Troika, which supported the Education in Digital nomination. Ekaterina Dubrovskaya, Head of Special Projects, made a welcoming speech on behalf of the company. In her speech, she noted the importance of digitalization of education and stressed the significance of quality coverage of this topic in the media space.
Special attention was paid to the IT Observer of the Year nomination. The winner was TASS correspondent Alexey Zabelin, who was awarded a special prize from Big Three. His work was recognized for its deep understanding of digital technologies and their impact on the educational process.
In addition to the Education in Digital nomination, the contest featured categories devoted to pedagogy, education, ecology and other important aspects of the educational agenda. Among the awardees were journalists from federal and regional media, as well as authors of media projects of educational organizations.
The contest is organized by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, and its federal operator is the Center for Educational Initiatives of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. Among the partners are such companies and projects as ANO Dialog, the Sphereum platform, OOO Big Three, PJSC Gazprom, the Enlightenment Group of Companies, and others.
Big Three considers initiatives that contribute to the development of educational journalism and the promotion of modern technologies in education to be important. Supporting such projects helps create opportunities for journalists' professional growth and the actualization of the topic of digitalization in education.
