The Russian government has assigned the Big Three to develop GIS EE

According to the directive of the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Mishustin, dated September 30, 2025, the company has been assigned to carry out government contracts for the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia in 2025–2026.

The implementation of the project will ensure the further development of the State Information System for Energy Efficiency (GIS EE), which serves as a key tool in public administration of energy saving and energy efficiency. As part of the work, a greenhouse gas emissions registry will be created, marking an important step toward building a comprehensive system for recording and analyzing environmentally significant indicators.

The introduction of new digital solutions will contribute to increasing process transparency, strengthening control mechanisms, and enabling effective management decisions in the field of sustainable development.
