The PharmFrame system from B3-MED has been integrated into the MEDSI clinic network

The B3-MED team has signed an agreement with MEDSI Group to integrate the PharmFrame medical decision support system into the clinic network.

According to Forbes, MEDSI Group has become the largest medical company in Russia, with revenues of more than 61.4 billion rubles in 2025. The network includes 138 clinics and employs more than 15,000 people.

PharmFrame is integrated into the KOMPAS medical documentation verification system used by MEDSI clinics, which processes 20,000 medical records per day. The KOMPAS system helps manage the quality of medical care and highlight risks.

Thanks to PharmFrame, the system automatically checks drug prescriptions for 15 key parameters:

  • Risks of interaction between prescribed drugs.
  • Risks of interaction between prescribed drugs and food.
  • Risks of interactions between prescribed medications and alcohol.
  • Risks of allergic reactions.
  • Risks of repeated therapy due to polypharmacy.
  • Risks associated with the patient's age.
  • Risks associated with the patient's gender.
  • Risks of using medications while breastfeeding.
  • Risks of using medications during pregnancy.
  • Risks of using medications with concomitant diseases.
  • Risks of using medications while driving.
  • Risks of prescribing medications in overdose.
  • Risks of prescribing drugs without proven efficacy.
  • Risks of prescribing drugs that are not included in Russian clinical guidelines.
  • Risk of exceeding the duration of drug use recommended in Russian clinical guidelines and/or drug instructions.

Screening for medication risks helps prevent the development of adverse reactions and select more effective therapies. In this way, MEDSI clinics will improve the quality of medical care and reduce the risk of patient complaints.
