Personal data processing agreement

I, a legally competent individual who has reached the age of 18 (eighteen), voluntarily, of my own free will and in my own interests, in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data," hereby grant consent to the processing of my personal data to Bolshaya Troika Limited Liability Company (Bolshaya Troika LLC), INN 7716668049, OGRN 1107746574308, legal address: 101000, Moscow, Basmanny Municipal District, Podsosensky Lane, 5, Bldg. 1 (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

1. Purposes of personal data processing

The Operator has the right to process my personal data for the following purposes:

• registration, identification, and authorization in the Operator's personal accounts/services/information resources;
• concluding and executing contracts (including offers), providing access to the Operator's products/services/projects, maintenance and support, processing requests, applications, and inquiries;
• sending service notifications (registration, request status, changes in terms/documents/functionality, security, payments, etc.) to the contacts I provide;
• ensuring information security, preventing abuse/fraud, maintaining event logs, and investigating incidents;
• improving the quality of the Operator's products and services, conducting statistical and analytical studies subject to data anonymization, as well as processing Anonymized data to improve the quality and speed of service delivery (including through the use of automatic text/natural language processing technologies and model training on anonymized data).

Personal data may also be processed for other purposes if required by Russian Federation law.

2. List of personal data

I consent to the processing of the following personal data (if I provide it to the Operator or it is automatically generated when using the Operator's resources):

• last name, first name, patronymic;
• phone number;
• email address;
• other information that I provide in forms on the Operator's websites/services (e.g., nickname/login, job title, place of work/company, city, content of the request);
• technical data: IP address, browser/device/OS information, cookie identifiers, access date and time, addresses of requested pages/actions, other event log data;
• payment/settlement-related information (e.g., payment ID, order contents/cost, payment status), while bank card details are processed by the relevant payment systems services/banks, if payment is made through them (if applicable).

3. Actions with Personal Data

I consent to the Operator performing the following actions with my personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction.

4. Processing Methods

Personal data may be processed using automated means, without the use of automated means, or using a combined method.

5. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

The Operator has the right to entrust the processing of personal data or provide access to it to third parties to the extent necessary to achieve the processing purposes, including (but not limited to) contractors providing:

• hosting/placement and operation of information systems and infrastructure;
• operation of communication tools, mailings, and communications;
• technical support;
• reception and processing of payments (if applicable).

Personal data may also be provided to authorized government agencies if there are legal grounds and in accordance with the established procedure.

6. Consent Validity Period

This consent is valid until the personal data processing purposes are achieved or until I revoke it, unless a different storage/processing period is established by Russian Federation law.

7. Revocation of Consent

I may revoke this consent by sending a statement to the Operator:

• in writing to the address: 101000, Moscow, Podsosensky Lane, 5, Bldg. 1, or
• in electronic form to the email address: info@big3.ru (or another address specified by the Operator in the Personal Data Processing Policy).

8. Confirmation

I confirm that I have read the Operator's Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy (https://big3.ru/policy/) and other documents linked to by checking the box, and I agree to their terms.
