The science pop media outlet “Take Your Pills!” won the “Editor of the Year — 2025” contest

The editor-in-chief of the media outlet “Take Your Pills!”, part of the B3-MED company, took second place in the annual professional competition “Editor of the Year — 2025” in the “Fire” category.

“Take Your Pills!” is a popular science media outlet about evidence-based medicine, created in 2023 as part of the MedIQ project. On the channel, doctors talk about medicines, health, and the principles of evidence-based medicine, as well as analyze in detail diagnostic and treatment methods whose effectiveness has not been confirmed by scientific data.

The main goal of the project is to promote a scientific approach to medicine among Russian citizens, develop a responsible attitude towards health, and warn about the risks of treatment using anti-scientific methods.

A case study on the channel's development was presented as part of the competition. Today, “Take Your Pills!” has one of the highest audience reach and engagement rates among popular science medical media and bloggers on Telegram.

The Editor of the Year competition is an annual professional award for editors, copywriters, and content specialists. Participants submit projects and case studies, which are evaluated by an independent jury of leading industry experts.

The participants' work was evaluated by editors and managers of leading media projects and companies, including representatives of T-Zh, Lifehacker, T-Bank, the Palindrom agency, and other well-known media outlets. The competition was organized by Maxim Ilyakhov, editor and author of books on infostyle.

The award confirms the audience's interest in popular science content about medicine and the importance of projects aimed at spreading the principles of evidence-based medicine among a wide audience.
