On 20 January 2025, the II Eurasian Conference of Women Inventors and Technological Entrepreneurs ‘Technologies without Borders: Women in Innovation and Intellectual Property’ was held in the walls of the Plekhanov Russian Economic University in Moscow. Ekaterina Dubrovskaya, Head of Special Projects at Bolshaya Troika, took part in the event, emphasising that supporting such initiatives is an important part of the company’s mission.

Big Troika supports projects that stimulate innovative development and create favourable conditions for women’s talents in science and technology. We are confident that such initiatives open up new prospects for technological progress and international co-operation.

The II Eurasian Conference of Women Inventors and Technology Entrepreneurs brought together participants from eight countries of the Eurasian Patent Convention and BRICS+ countries. More than 500 women inventors, engineers, designers and start-ups shared their experience and presented their developments in a rich program. The main topics of the conference included innovations in medical technologies, sustainable solutions, EdTech development, support for young women in STEM fields and startup financing. Special attention was paid to the creative economy and the development of mechanisms for commercialisation of intellectual property.

The conference was held with the support of the Eurasian Patent Office, the Women’s League of VOIR, the Youth Movement ‘Challenge’ and the federal project ‘Choose Your Own’.

The II Eurasian Conference of Women Inventors and Technology Entrepreneurs confirmed its importance as a platform for sharing experience and inspiration. The participation of the Big Three confirmed the importance of synergy between business and science in developing innovation and unlocking the potential of women in technology industries. The Company will continue to support such projects that contribute to strengthening the intellectual leadership of Russia and Eurasia.
