The Big Three at SPIEF 2025: digitalization of construction waste management in Moscow

At the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum in 2025, the Moscow Government signed an agreement with Big Three LLC aimed at developing digital solutions in the field of construction, demolition and soil waste management (OSSiG). The document provides for cooperation in the creation and development of a specialized information platform that ensures transparency, control and automation of all stages of waste management. On behalf of Big Three LLC, the agreement was signed by CEO Artem Sedov.

The platform will operate on the basis of the automated information system «Regulation of the movement of construction, demolition and soil waste in the city of Moscow» (AIS «OSSiG»). With its help, users will be able to place orders, select contractors, conclude contracts and track the movement of waste online. The system will also take into account the requirements of the legislation and ensure correct settlement between the participants in the process.

According to Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Planning and Construction, digitalization of this area is not just a technological upgrade, but a contribution to the environmental safety of the city. «Today, the construction, demolition and soil waste management industry is one of the most dynamically developing. Automation and transparency are the key to its sustainable growth», — he said.

Since the introduction of digital control in Moscow, over 130 million tons of waste have already been moved. The new agreement will strengthen the dissemination of best practices in waste management and ensure data integration, making the industry even more efficient and environmentally friendly.
