The Big Three took part in the IV All-Russian Conference dedicated to procurement issues

On October 2–3, 2025, the 4th All-Russian Procurement Conference took place in Sochi — a key event organized by the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia, dedicated to discussing current issues in the application of public procurement legislation and antimonopoly regulation.

As part of the event, a session titled «Collusion with the Customer: Unacceptable Interaction and Liability» was held, moderated by Oleg O. Dubkov, Head of the Department for Combating Cartels and Monitoring Closed Procurements of the FAS of Russia. The discussion featured leading experts: Anton V. Teslenko and Alina A. Semenova from the FAS of Russia, Mikhail V. Sedov from Rosfinmonitoring, Betal M. Bizhoev from LLC «AST GOZ» and Mikhail S. Favorsky, Technical Director of LLC «Big Three»

Mikhail Favorsky presented Bolshaya Troyka’s experience in the digitalization of procurement processes, emphasizing the importance of transparency and compliance with antimonopoly legislation when interacting with government customers.

The conference brought together heads of Russian regions, representatives of executive and legislative authorities, state-owned companies, and industry experts. Participants discussed practical cases from the construction, healthcare, and information technology sectors, sharing experiences and best practices.

The conference was organized by the Federal Budgetary Institution «Information and Technical Center of the FAS of Russia».
