«B3-MED» and the FEFU Medical Complex have started co-operation on the implementation of PharmFrame systems

«B3-MED» signed an agreement with the medical complex of the Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU) to integrate two key solutions: PharmFrame DX diagnostic prescription analysis system and pharmaceutical therapy safety screening.

PharmFrame DX is used to evaluate instrumental and laboratory diagnostic methods prescribed by doctors for compliance with Russian clinical guidelines. This is especially important in the current legislative environment: insurance companies may not reimburse the costs of medical services if they are not included in clinical recommendations.

Thus, the use of PharmFrame DX will allow the medical complex to reduce costs, increase the validity of prescriptions and guarantee payment from insurance organisations.

At the same time, a risk screening system will be implemented to identify potential threats to a patient’s health, including:

• medication interactions
• unproven efficiency of the prescribed medication
• interaction with alcohol and food
• exceeding the dosage and duration of the course
• age restrictions
• allergic reactions
• breastfeeding
• presence of comorbidities
• polypragmasia
• contraindications to driving
• deviation from clinical recommendations
• pregnancy
• patient gender

The FEFU Medical Complex is a strategically important partner for «B3-MED»:

• Modern infrastructure: the complex was built as part of preparations for the APEC-2012 summit and is equipped to international standards, including CT, MRI, PET, angiography and molecular diagnostics laboratories
• International co-operation: implements joint projects with foreign partners, participates in the national projects «Health Care» and «Science and Universities»
